Shipping Policy

At CERANIX Skincare, we strive to ensure that every order reaches our customers safely and on time.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the customer's location and courier service availability. Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. From time to time, CERANIX may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to track your package until delivery.

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information while placing an order. CERANIX shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect package, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs and an unboxing video for verification.

Currently, CERANIX ships only within India unless otherwise specified.
