Return & Refund Policy (Non-Returnable Products)
At CERANIX Skincare, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, all skincare and personal care products sold through our website are non-returnable.
Products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or if the safety seal has been broken. This policy helps ensure the integrity and safety of all products delivered to our customers.
Returns are not accepted for reasons including change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection by the customer, skin compatibility concerns, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction after product usage.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, leaked, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order, you must notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. To process such requests, customers must provide their order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a complete unboxing video showing the issue.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered after our quality team verifies the claim. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
